Consultz Goes Live on Google Play as We Prepare for Full Commercial Launch

Dear Shareholders and Investors,

I’m delighted to share one of the most significant milestones in the Consultz journey so far.

Consultz has now been accepted by Google and is live on the Google Play Store.

After years of development, extensive testing, numerous iterations and many hundreds of hours of work by our development and testing teams, Consultz is finally becoming a reality.

The Android version is now live, while we are awaiting final approval from Apple for the iOS version. Apple’s approval requirements are particularly stringent, and we have made a number of changes to satisfy their review requirements, which has contributed to the delay.

We believe we are now very close.

Once the Apple version has been approved, we intend to make the corresponding final updates to the Google version so that both platforms are aligned for our coordinated commercial launch.

Please Don't Download the App Yet

Although Consultz is technically live on Google Play, we have not yet begun commercial marketing and I would ask investors and shareholders not to download or promote the app at this stage.

I will make a further announcement when both versions are ready.

At that point, I want to get our entire community involved — shareholders, investors, experts, users and supporters — to help us launch Consultz and start building the network.

This has been years in the making.

Consultz is far more than a simple video-calling application. We have built a sophisticated social platform designed around a simple idea:

Everyone has knowledge that someone else may be willing to pay for.

Consultz enables experts, professionals, entrepreneurs and people with valuable experience to monetise their knowledge through paid, one-to-one video consultations.

Users can discover experts, connect with them, book consultations and communicate directly through the platform.

The Google Play listing already describes functionality including expert discovery, appointment booking, one-to-one video and audio consultations, messaging, community feeds, payments and ratings and reviews.

Building the Network

Our immediate objective following the full launch will be to grow both sides of the Consultz marketplace.

We have already begun onboarding experts, and our next milestone is to build our first 1,000 experts, while simultaneously driving users onto the platform.

As with any social platform or marketplace, the value of the network should increase as participation grows.

But what excites me most is that the version of Consultz we are launching represents only the beginning.

Consultz 2.0 — AI, Blockchain and the Digital Knowledge Economy

Our longer-term vision is to combine human expertise, artificial intelligence and blockchain technology to create what we believe could become an entirely new digital knowledge economy.

Central to this strategy is Techducoin.

Techducoin is intended to have genuine utility within the wider ecosystem rather than simply existing as a speculative digital asset.

Our vision includes using Techducoin for payments, incentives and rewards within the Consultz ecosystem.

For example, users could potentially earn rewards for activity that helps grow the network — including referrals, sharing, engagement and participation.

This creates the possibility of a powerful viral loop:

Learn → Consult → Share → Earn → Reinvest in Knowledge

Instead of traditional social-media platforms capturing virtually all of the economic value created by their communities, our objective is to build an ecosystem in which users and experts can participate in that value.

From Human Experts to Digital Experts™

The next major stage of our vision is the development of Digital Experts™.

With the appropriate consent and controls, knowledge generated through consultations and other expert-approved materials could help create expert-specific AI knowledge systems.

Imagine consulting a leading entrepreneur, professional, coach or specialist — but also being able to access an AI-powered version of that expert's approved knowledge when the human expert isn't available.

The human expert remains at the centre of the ecosystem.

Their knowledge, experience and intellectual capital become increasingly valuable and accessible.

Over time, this has the potential to transform Consultz from a marketplace for live consultations into a much larger global marketplace for human and digital knowledge.

The Beginning, Not the Finish Line

There is still a great deal of work ahead of us.

Launching an app doesn't automatically create a successful technology company. We now have to acquire users, grow our expert community, generate transactions and demonstrate that the model can scale.

But reaching the app stores is nevertheless an enormous milestone.

For everyone who has invested in Consultz and supported us throughout this journey, I want to personally thank you for your patience and belief in what we are building.

We have spent years getting to this point.

Now the real journey begins.

Once Apple approval is received and both versions are ready for commercial launch, I will make a further announcement with details of how everyone can get involved.
