Everything is transparent throughout, from the expertise, fees and ratings of the experts to the cost of the consultation itself. Afterwards, you can rate the expert for the quality of the information you received.

How do I get started?
The Consultz app is social media-based, so it’s intuitive and easy to use. It only takes a couple of minutes to register your details and you don’t have to pay anything. You only pay for actual consultations.
What does it cost?
There are no membership or joining fees. The only payment you make is when you arrange your video consultation. Experts set their rates, so you’ll always know beforehand what you’re going to pay. The only extra you pay is if you both agree to extend the consultation.
How are consultations arranged?
You choose the expert that you want and then book a consultation with them at a time they’re available. You make the payment (it just takes a couple of clicks) and the expert confirms the consultation. You’re now ready to chat one-to-one with your expert – at the agreed time, you both join the call on the Consultz app.
Are there other people ever on the consultation?
No – all video consultation are private one-to-one chats between one user and their chosen expert.
How long is the consultation?
You decide beforehand how long you will require, choosing from 15 minute, 30 minute or 45 minute consultations, as offered by the expert.
What if I need more time?
However long your scheduled video consultation, you’ll also have the option towards the end of the call of extending it if you need to, as long as you both agree to it.
How do I find the right expert?
You can browse all available experts, searching by their field of expertise, or by topics or keywords. You can also see what each expert charges and when they’re available, so you can always be sure of the right price and the right time. If you already know who you want, you can go straight to their listing.
How can I be sure of receiving the right advice?
All our experts are vetted before they are allowed to join us. They are also competing with other experts for your custom. You can also check their follower numbers and ratings before you choose to book a video consultation – then rate them yourself once it’s ended.
