Overview

At Consultz, we respect your right to privacy and full control over your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated information at any time, either directly through the app or by submitting a request via email.

Method 1: Delete Your Account via the App

Follow these steps inside the Consultz mobile app:

1. Open the Consultz app and log in to your account.
2. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Open Settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Type “delete” to confirm, then tap Confirm Delete.

Method 2: Request Account Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team:

• Email: hello@consultz.com
• Subject: Account Deletion Request – Consultz
• Processing time: 7–14 business days

Please send your request from the email address associated with your Consultz account so that we can verify your identity.

Data Deleted and Retention Policy

• Personal data deleted: Your name, email address, profile information, and authentication credentials.
• Activity data deleted: Your account activity and other information associated with your use of Consultz.
• Data retention: No personal account records will be retained once deletion is complete, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.
